1. This is a writ petition coming up after 1995 before this Court for the first time in terms of the orders passed by Hon'ble The Chief Justice to list all the cases which are pending for more than 25 years.

2. The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for allowing her premature retirement, which was not accepted by the respondents. The petitioner was appointed in the year 1970.

3. Keeping in view her date of appointment, it is apparent that she has attained superannuation age, and must have retired in the normal course.

4. Thus, no orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

5. The writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time, and is disposed of accordingly.
