The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

This is a petition seeking directions to the respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 to 7. The petitioners had performed marriage against the wishes of their parents. Mr. Ritesh Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition petitioner No.1 died due to natural causes.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.
