Mr. Ish Puneet Singh, Advocate pointed out that for the relief sought in the present writ petition, Rice Millers Association filed CWP No.14549 of 2003 before this Court which was dismissed as infructuous. 2.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 01.05.2024 and the matter was adjourned in the interest of justice. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that with the efflux of time, the petitioners have lost their interest to pursue the matter. 3.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
