RAMENDRA JAIN, (ORAL) As per office report, letter issued to Mr. Pardeep Bedi, Advocate for appellant-Insurance Company, who had filed this appeal, informing about the date fixed in this case, has been received back with the report that "he has returned the case file to the Insurance Company". Meaning thereby, he is no more counsel for appellant-Insurance Company. Since, appellant-Insurance Company has not engaged any other counsel to pursue this appeal, after return of the case by Mr. Pardeep Bedi, Advocate, therefore, this Court has no option, except to dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution.
