The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners on basis of Annexure P-1, P-4 and P-6.

2.

Learned State counsel has produced the copy of letter dated 18.03.2024 written by the Director Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab indicating therein that 15 petitioners out of 29 have been granted regularization, however, others had passed away or retired before regularization was granted to others.

3.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, despite the case having been called out twice. Even on the last occasion when the case was taken up, none had appeared.

4.

It appears the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the present case.

5.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
