Mr. Rajesh Gaur, Addl.A.G. Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) By way of present writ petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to grant the Headmaster grade from the date of completion of 22 years of service like the Masters/Mistresses of Provincialised Cadre.

The writ petition was admitted on 06.02.1996 and was ordered to be heard along with CWP No. 6186 of 1995 wherein similar issue came up for consideration. This petition was dismissed way back on 09.12.1996.

In view of the above position, the present petition also stands dismissed.
