This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.50 dated 25.05.2019 under Sections 363, 366A IPC and Section 4 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner would contend that allegations as set out in the FIR are totally false and fabricated as would be evident from the fact that material witnesses have resiled including the complainant and therefore, the petitioner is entitled for grant of concession of regular bail. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State opposes the bail application, while contending that no ground is made out for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Since statements of material witnesses including the complainant have already been recorded wherein she did not support case of the prosecution and the trial is likely to take some time to conclude, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bond to the PANKAJ KUMAR 2020.02.25 17:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
