Challenge was made in this case, filed in 2001, to order dated 01.08.1997 as per which, the services of the petitioner were terminated. While admitting it, no stay was granted. Therefore, due to efflux of time, nothing may be surviving in the present petition, in view of which, the same is disposed of, however still reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case any need arises.
