This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 30.04.2025 passed in CWP-11963-2025.

Learned State counsel would contend that the only direction in order dated 30.04.2025 passed in CWP-11963-2025 was to decide the legal notice, which has since been decided vide a speaking order dated 18.02.2026. A copy of the speaking order dated 18.02.2026, which has been handed over in Court, is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view of the speaking order, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
