MAHESH GROVER, J.

The petitioner's claim in this petition is for regularization of his services.

The reply filed by the respondents indicates that the benefit has already been granted to her. There has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter has been listed a number of times so much so that notice was also issued to the petitioner on 1.12.2014 in order to obviate any chance of miscarriage of justice. Service has duly been effected upon the petitioner but yet there has been representation on her behalf. The petition is,therefore, dismissed in the given set of circumstances.
