Dated Police Station Sections 16.10.2016 Vigilance Bureau, FS409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, I, Mohali, District 201 IPC and Section 13(1)(D) r/w SAS Nagar Mohali 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 (Challan presented u/s 420, 406, 120-B & 201 IPC) 1.

Seeking quashing of the above captioned FIR along with consequential proceedings arising therefrom, the petitioner had come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court in the connected matter i.e. CRM-M-35672-2017, had given exemption for personal appearance to the petitioner, therefore he will be contended and satisfied if this Court gives same relief to the present petitioner and he will withdraw the present petition. 3.

Prayer being genuine, is accepted.

Given above, petitioner is exempted from personal appearance before the trial Court and is permitted to appear through counsel on all dates except at the time when the concerned Court deems the petitioner's attendance as necessary.
