(Oral) CRM-14177-2021 The matter has been taken up through Videoconferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19. Learned State counsel has made statement that he does not intend to file reply to the application for preponement and has no objection if the same is allowed.

CRM-M-11565-2021 Learned State counsel submits that as per custody certificate received from the jail authorities, the petitioner Mandeep Sethi has since been on bail granted by the court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh vide orders dated 19.5.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that it is only order of interim bail. However, in this situation arising out of two simultaneously bail applications filed before two courts, counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition reserving the right of the petitioner to file fresh one, if necessity so arises. Allowed to do so.
