MEHTA, J.(Oral) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the quashing of the FIR bearing No.65 dated 02.08.2022 registered at Police Station Naya Gaon, District SAS Nagar, under Section 376 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act (wherein the charge is stated to have been framed under Section 376 IPC) along-with the Challan dated 21.11.2022 and the Charge-Sheet dated 03.01.2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as per the instructions from the arguing counsel, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, while submitting that the same has become infructuous as YAG DUTT 2025.03.28 14:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M No.9447 of 2023 (O&M) -2the petitioner has already been acquitted by the concerned trial Court in the criminal case under reference, on 05.03.2025. 3.
Learned State counsel has no objection in the withdrawal of this petition.
