RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.401 dated 22.12.2015 registered under Sections 379, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Ballabhgarh Sadar, District Faridabad.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from H.C. Shishu Pal, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of filing of cancellation report in Court on 24.03.2019.
