(Oral) The applicant/appellant seeks leave to appeal against the judgment dated 13.08.2013 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur whereby the respondents have been acquitted of the charges under Sections 323, 452, 354, 506, 148, 149 IPC as well as Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Following order was passed on 03.04.2017:- "It is noted that there has been no representation on behalf of the applicant/appellant on the last three occasions.
