**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 106, dated 07.12.2018, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Fattu Dhinga, District Kapurthala.

Pursuant to order dated 17.09.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a draft bearing No. '441936', dated 24.01.2020, amounting to ` 25,000/-, drawn in favour of respondent No.3, to her counsel, in Court today. Photocopy of the same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 15th February, 2019, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation.
