NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 15.03.2018 vide which a direction was issued to decide the representation. Reply is filed. As per the said reply, the order has been complied with by way of passing a speaking order, dated 20.05.2019, (Annexure R-1).
In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. However, petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy as available to him in case he is still aggrieved, in any manner. May 24, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
