JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the FIR No.262 dated 10.09.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406, 420, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. The learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that a cancellation report has been filed on 26.10.2023 and is pending adjudication.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, at this stage.

 In case the said report is not accepted and the matter is sent for further investigation culminating in a report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. inculpating the petitioners, they are at liberty to approach this Court once again by way of an appropriate petition seeking quashing of the FIR.
