**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 04.03.2022, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had joined the investigation.

On instructions from concerned police official, learned State counsel opposes the bail and submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender. Given above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 04.03.2022 is made absolute, subject to the following condition: (1) In case, the petitioner repeats the offence, then in the future bail application, the Court will consider this fact that despite warning, the petitioner did not mend his ways and continued his criminal activities.
