This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 79 dated 24.02.2018 under sections 323, 342, 427, 452, 506 & 34 IPC at Police Station City Tohana, district Fatehabad. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 12.03.2018, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 12.03.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
