CRM-M No. 23987 of 2019 -2In the present FIR, there are specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave spade blow on the head of the complainant. The petitioner in connivance with his brother/co-accused Manbir Singh have inflicted four injuries to the complainant out of which two injuries i.e. on the head and right eye, were declared grievous in nature. As the petitioner had caused injury on the head of the complainant, which is a vital part of the body and moreover, two injuries were declared as dangerous to the life, I find that no ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out.
The petition is dismissed.
