Vs. State of Haryana and others), on 18.11.2020 (Annexure P-11), in an earlier writ petition preferred by the petitioner, has not been complied with in letter and spirit. He, therefore, asserts that the petitioner would avail of its alternative remedy of filing the contempt petition. Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
