Dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents by filing an appropriate representation. In case, the petitioner files any representation in respect of claim as noticed above, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondents shall pass an appropriate order on the said claim, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of any such representation.
