Ms. Harpreet Kaur, Advocate submits that as per her information, the petitioner has passed away. The petitioner was dismissed from service and he was thereafter reinstated. He is claiming salary for the period from 19.10.1998 to 10.06.2000 i.e. dismissal period. 2.
Mr.S.S.Aulakh, AAG, Punjab, submits that the petitioner was a habitual offender and a number of departmental enquiries were pending against him and he was dismissed with respect to one enquiry. 3.
The petition stands disposed of with liberty to LRs of the petitioner to move an appropriate application, if cause survives.
