Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 931 dated 17.10.2017, registered under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Arun Kumar, Assistant Sub Inspector, contended that petitioner has joined the investigation and he has been found to be innocent, rendering the present petition as infructuous.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
