***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.81 dated 07.05.2015 registered under Sections 419/420/465/467/468/471/120-B IPC at Police Station Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar, Punjab.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is incarcerated since 13.10.2017.

Admittedly, investigation qua the petitioner is complete and supplementary challan has been presented. Trial is magisterial in nature. Same may take long time to conclude.

In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served by detaining the petitioner any longer. Accordingly, petition is allowed. Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Jalandhar.
