The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to comply with order dated 24.03.2023 passed by respondent No.5 and remove illegal encroachment made by respondent Nos.6 to 9 over her plot.

It is undisputed that on the asking of petitioner, FIR No.224 dated 05.08.2023 under Sections 447/34 IPC at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar was registered against private respondents. 3.
