A perusal of the previous orders after 22.08.2019 reveal that no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing, Registry had been directed to intimate counsel for the petitioner about the date fixed.

As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioner was duly informed, however, as already observed hereinabove, there is no representation yet again on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel on instructions has informed the Court that in fact the trial has concluded.

In the circumstances, the present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
