This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 14.09.1992, 24.11.1997 and 11.09.1998 (Annexures P-1 to P-3).

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and same was the position on the last date of hearing i.e. 24.04.2024. 3.
It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present Writ Petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
