Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.260 dated 18.12.2018 under Sections 403,404,406,420,465,467,468,471,120-B IPC, P.S City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.
Vide order dated 27.02.2019, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Kulwant Singh, P.S City Gurdaspur, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. Order dated 27.02.2019 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
