(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.17 dated 16.02.2018, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Chattiwind, District Amritsar (Rural).
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of order dated 12.03.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 15.03.2018 and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.
