The appellants through instant appeal are seeking setting aside of award dated 08.10.1992 whereby Tribunal had awarded a sum of Rs.1,70,000/- to the claimants.

Mr. Neeraj Khanna, Advocate submits that the Insurance Company, as per his instructions, has deposited aforesaid amount with the Tribunal, however, he is unaware whether the said amount is released to claimants or not.

In view of amount involved and passage of time, I do not find it appropriate to decide claim of the appellants on merits. 4.

The appeal is disposed of without expressing opinion on merits and the Tribunal is directed to release compensation awarded in favour of the claimants if still not released.
