RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.80 dated 03.08.2017 registered under Sections 379-B, 353, 186 and 34 IPC at Police Station Arniwala, Tehsil and District Fazilka, on the basis of compromise dated 24.01.2018 (Annexure P-2). Pursuant to order dated 12.03.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 04.04.2018 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fazilka, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.127 dated 04.04.2018 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ferozpur vide letter No.3710/EB dated 06.04.2018.

According to the report, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fazilka, is satisfied that compromise arrived at between the parties is voluntary, without any pressure or coercion or undue influence and the same is genuine. No accused has been declared proclaimed offender in the Ravinder Singh 2018.07.27 12:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document present case.

Considering the report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class,

-2CRM-M-10251 of 2018 Fazilka, and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.80 dated 03.08.2017 registered under Sections 379-B, 353, 186 and 34 IPC at Police Station Arniwala, Tehsil and District Fazilka, is hereby quashed, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/-, out of which `6,000/- shall be deposited with the Punjab State Legal Services Authority and `4,000/- with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
