At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, submits that in the present case, cancellation report has been presented on 14.01.2022.

Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a liberty to raise all the pleas, as raised in this petition, before the learned trial Court, at an appropriate stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as aforesaid.
