**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 37 dated 31.12.2015, registered under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC, Police Station Women Cell, Ferozepur. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 22.3.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

The gold kara and household articles and car have been recovered. There is dispute with regard to the gold articles. The complainant will have to prove their case at the trial.
