(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.23 dated 01.02.2022, registered under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, at Police Station Sector-36, Chandigarh. Vide order dated 04.03.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2022.09.12 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-9151-2022 (O&M) -2the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 04.03.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
