The present appeal has been filed by the claimant-appellant for enhancement of the compensation amount awarded by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hoshiarpur (for short 'the Tribunal') vide award dated 30.08.1989, on account of injuries received by the claimant-appellant in a motor vehicular accident.

As per office report, notice issued to appellant has been received back with the report that no such person resides at the given address. Respondent No.1 who was the driver is stated to have died as also has respondent No.3 who was sold the vehicle by respondent No.2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same. 5.

A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order. 6.
