Recovery of 260 grams of intoxicating powder was effected from the petitioner on 24.5.2015. Due to non-receipt of FSL report, petitioner was released on interim bail vide order dated 14.9.2015. Since the FSL report has now been received,hence this petition. At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
