Present writ petition has been filed by Smt. Bimla Devi (workman), by challenging the award dated 06.03.1997 (Annexure P-5), passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Pannipat, whereby, the order dated 06.07.1995, vide which services of the petitioner were terminated, was held to be valid.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner informs that despite making best of the efforts, neither any one has contacted his office, nor he has received any instructions in the matter. Thus, he is unable to address arguments, and assist this Court.

In view of the situation, as narrated here-above, this Court is left with no other option except to dispose of the writ petition for want of prosecution.
