*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balbir Kumar. He states that the petitioner has submitted an affidavit that she has lost her Passport. It is further contended that the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, the petitioner is not required for further investigation by the local police. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 12.3.2018 is made absolute, subject to her fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
