Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.80 dated 26.08.2014 under Sections 15, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala.
Learned State counsel appeared and contested the petition. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. Learned State counsel has brought it to the notice of this Court that trial is complete as all the witnesses have already been examined.
