At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the status report dated 17.03.2026 and custody certificate dated 24.03.2026, in Court today. Same are taken on record. Office to tag the same at appropriate place. Copies thereof have been handed over to the petitioner's counsel. 3.

In the instant case, there is total recovery of 4200 tablets of Alprazolam were recovered from the petitioner - Gorkha Singh and coaccused Gurcharan Singh. 4.

Considering the heavy quantity recovered from the petitioner and his co-accused, this Court does not find any substantial reason to grant JAWALA RAM 2026.03.27 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
