The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment in the public street and further directions be issued to respondents No.2 to 5 to decide the representations dated 21.10.1999, 30.06.2000, 07.08.2000 and 18.08.2000 (Annexures P-1, P-5, P-6 and P-7 respectively). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant writ petition stands addressed. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
