Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of order dated 03.01.2018 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2 and order dated 18.09.2018 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.3.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions from the petitioners to withdraw the instant petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
