(Oral) At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 6.3.2025 the same was made subject to deposit of Rs.25,000/- as litigation expenses to be paid to the respondent-wife. However, neither the said amount has been deposited nor learned counsel for the appellant has put in appearance. Infact even on the last date of hearing i.e. on 17.7.2025 none was present on behalf of the appellant.

In view of the aforestaed position, the instant appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
