This petition is for quashing of FIR No.53 dated 24.03.2018, registered under Sections 452, 323, 506, 427, 34 IPC at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga, along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 30.06.2019 (Annexure P2).   Vide orders dated 08.03.2021 passed by this Court, the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court was directed to record the statements of all concerned parties with regard to the genuineness and validity or otherwise of the compromise.
