This petition has been moved seeking directions for proper investigation/reinvestigation of the matter in FIR No.5 dated 08.01.2018 under Sections 376/506 IPC read with Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, registered at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga as well as decision of representation dated 21.02.2018 (Annexure P2) submitted by the petitioner. The petitioner is the mother of accused Jagsir Singh in the abovesaid FIR. The police authorities, it is stated, were not carrying out the investigation in a proper manner and were not taking in account the defence being raised by the petitioner's son.

CRM No.M-10307 of 2018 -2Singh, informs that final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has since been presented on 10.04.2018 against the petitioner's son. Keeping in view the factual position as above, I do not find any ground, whatsoever, at this stage to interfere in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Needless to say, the petitioner and her son Jagsir Singh (the accused) are at liberty to bring all the facts before the learned trial court and avail remedies/remedy as available, in accordance with law. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
