(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to fix the petitioners' pay on notional basis, from the date the first set of appointments were made pursuant to advertisement 2/2012, dated 08.11.2012, and to treat them in service from the date of first joining of candidates, especially in view of the judgment dated 16.09.2019 passed by this Court in CWP-19337-2019 titled 'Mohini and Others v. State of Haryana and Others', wherein similarly situated teachers have been granted the same benefit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case second respondent is directed to decide the legal notice dated 03.02.2025, Annexure P-17, in a specified period. 3.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent- Director, Elementary Education, to consider and decide the legal notice, dated 03.02.2025, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months of receiving a certified copy of this order. 6.
