1. Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail of other alternative efficacious remedies, as may be available to the petitioner for redressal of her grievances including filing of an appropriate petition before the Family Court at Panchkula for seeking custody of her minor child namely Sidharth.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. It is, however, directed that in case, any petition is filed by the petitioner before the Family Court seeking custody of the minor child accompanied by an application for grant of interim custody, the Court concerned shall endeavour to dispose of the application for grant of interim relief at the earliest preferably within two weeks from service of the respondent/s concerned.
