**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 17 dated 31.1.2020, registered under Section 61 of the Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur. Vide order dated 17.2.2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 17.2.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Ram Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.
